A water world
This gallery pays homage to the beauty of water, an element celebrated as sacred, essential for life, a place of voyages and contacts, and highly suggestive for the collective imagination. But, above all, water is a resource that should not be denied to anyone.
Only when access to water is guaranteed and widespread, will everyone in the world be able to serenely appreciate also its beauty. The photographs portray water in eighteen different countries and have been published in a book: Un mondo d’acqua, cento fotografie di Riccardo Zipoli /A world of water, one hundred photographs by Riccardo Zipoli, Massa Marittima, 2015.
