Greenland glaciers
The Greenland glaciers offer views and perspectives of various kinds. You find the usual sheer walls of ice and the famous icebergs of various sizes, floating on water. There are, however, also many more original conformations, such as some structures that resemble real mountains or streams flowing in the midst of frozen expanses and icy blocks that bring to mind cloudy skies. Photographing from above inspires geometric compositions, while close-up shots capture fascinating interplays between water and ice. The images become even more unusual on cloudy days, when, instead of bright whites and blues, pale shades of grey appear.
