The lakes of Plitvice (Croatia) have two different, complementary aspects: you can observe powerful water jets and cascades full of noise and foam but also large stretches of calm, crystal-clear water. The first type is characterised by the idea of movement and by the colour white, the second by crystalline reflections and a green/blue colour. Fascinating combinations are often created between vegetation outside and inside water. The silhouettes of branches that reflect on the water and are superimposed on the lake beds are also surprising. Thanks to the vegetation, colourful abstract shapes sometimes come to life on water. Fish also contribute to the construction of the image.
