Brazil is a land that offers a great variety of contexts, often very different and even contradictory. The vegetation is generally luxuriant and the watercourses very rich, but in the north-east of the country extraordinary sand dunes can be admired. Modern skyscrapers coexist with the slum housing of the favelas and intensely lyrical images alternate with decrepit corners. Usually an extremely colourful world, there are also, however, areas that stand out, on the contrary, for their lack of colours. Sometimes the complexity comes through in individual images with peculiar combinations inviting us to reflect.
